House of Trade Unions - Prague 3
«zpět
The former ventilation system of The House of Trade Union (previous designation of this building was Common Pension Institute) was replaced by new system in 1992.
Ventilation from 1992 has appeared problematic - the main disadvantage was founded in its control system. There was not possibility of temperature control according to individual room requests.
The second handicap was in the really high energy consumption.
The new ventilation system suggestion is made inculding of heat recovery exchangers. The ceiling induction units are used for the air distribution and individual temperature control.
The office area of the building is about 12000m2.
